Key things to keep in mind
Moving to Poland comes with a few details that aren’t always obvious at first. Buying property in Poland does not automatically grant you a residence permit. Your residence registration is separate from your lease. Some leases also involve a notarial agreement that gives the landlord additional protection.
None of this has to be a problem, as long as you know what you’re signing and what to expect. That’s where we come in.
